Unfortunately the owners with planes at KPIE are probably in the worst shape. If anyone on here is an owner on 136, 137, 145, 147 and 162 you may want to contact me for further information on those planes? 113, 122 and 180 belong to Mr. Fuller and he knows well their condition. Send a private message to me.

Hey GUEST-If you are/were an owner, you know we got you and your family to your destination safely!!! I sat in the box twice a year for more than 20 years to complete mandatory training...My aviation background includes flying in the Alaskan Bush...I want to see Steve and Kevin in a jail cell fighting off LARGE ANGRY cellmates. I have never looked for a FREE HANDOUT and dedicated myself to being a WORLD CLASS AVIATOR-Jerk...I would only ground an aircraft if there was a chance it would kill any, or all of us...Again-JERK

Wow, I just saw N160SL last month in KMCC and it looked pretty intact... What happened since then?!? 130 is a non fly able aircraft and has been since June 2012 due to the hail storm at APA, shortly after within a few weeks of the hail storm. We at APA were ordered by management DOM, Mx Control, KevCo to start disassembly for support of other fleet aircraft. Landing gear, props, engine accessories, so on and so forth. They even flew one of their aircraft. TBM I believe from KPIE to KAPA to exchange the gear. Jan /Feb of this yr 2013 we completely dismantled what was left of that aircraft based on an email list of some 240+ parts that DOM / McKamey ordered so that N147SL could be put back together. Dec / Jan the aircraft was totaled / salvaged back to SS from the ins company. So how is it that shares of N130SL were sold this yr to Avantair owners? Anyone requires more information with regards to, please feel free to ask.

As an aside... I came across "Fun with Dick and Jane" on TV this weekend. That movie really hit home this time.

FWIW, AvAero mentioned in article is Kevin McKameys company.

AvAero is a front for Kevin McKamey. Considering his complicity in the criminal mess formerly known as Avantair, he should never be given any consideration. If he gets on the premises, MORE stuff will disappear. Those "tenants" can suck it up and move.

Maybe some little bird should let the Honarable Judge Catherine McEwen know of this nefarious connection between McKamey and AvAero..: cmcewen@flmb.uscourts.gov ..

I guess we are all anxiously waiting on the Judge's decision on Friday - employees, owners and vendors....as well as the casual bystanders and circling vultures. With the "stay" in place there isn't a lot that can be done to further the effort of reclaiming the aircraft. I must encourage the owners to continue to locate each other. I think most owners have come to the realization that they need to contact each other and form some sort of alliance/LLC since nothing can be done with any aircraft without unanimous consent. May I suggest that a course of action should still be planned for immediate response when the "stay" is lifted. Please do your homework and look for a handler if you plan to keep your aircraft. They can help you take possession of your aircraft as well as determine what will be needed to get it airworthy, but the first step is to find each other and start a dialogue. I have tried to help as best I can and owners continue to find their way to my doorstep. We all want to see these planes back in the air and working...that's the only way we will get back to work ourselves. Some of the owners like Mr. Pinto have been excellent about posting the Court actions and I hope that someone will post the Friday Court decision for us. Good luck to everyone!

VNRpilots.com/forums is still available to post tail specific details and information. Every plane as a dedicated board and they are all private to VNR owners only. No pilots or public can post or view those threads.

Miracle......plenty can be done without "unanimous" owners consent. Our company is working with several owners. A final outcome will require everyone to be on board, but for now many owners are being proactive. The only thing slowing down progress are the attorneys.
Take care.

Avantair stock (AAIR) finally dropped below a penny. Trading today ( yes it's still trading...) at .007 cents.
Just an amazing failure of oversight all around.

How does a public company with proper oversight get driven to involuntary bankruptcy, leaving a scattered scrapyard of broken airplanes and unpaid employees. Where was the board of directors? Where is the board of directors?

I want to know when the board gets questioned under oath...they better be right behind Santo, Mckamey, Haslett and Wagman. The feds should also have some interest in bringing in Paul Woodard and Phil Torsello.
Everyone one of the board members and the names above should rot in hell!!
