P180 Fractional Owners...
For the past 42 years I have provided business aviation consulting services to companies and individuals regarding the analysis, purchase and management of general aviation business aircraft, large and small. Most recently I handled the acquisition and management of a Citation Encore for a large state university in Michigan and built the largest and busiest helicopter EMS program in Illinois for a large midwest healthcare system.
Based on what I know of this matter, it appears that the aircraft owners relied upon the company to furnish them with information about their aircraft which sadly should not be, but most often is, the case. I have personally owned, flown and managed several turbine aircraft over the past 15 years, setting up fractional ownership programs for a "fraction" of what owners typically pay with a 100% buyback guarantee which is unheard of in this industry.
As a business jet owner, operator and pilot myself, I am acutely aware of what is required to properly "manage" an aircraft. A company cannot properly manage the value of the asset for an owner if they are simply ordering parts and providing maintenance services which is what most fractional companies do.
If the owners feel that they would like a company that is qualified to evaluate the present state of their situation, their aircraft and provide some meaningful information, options, and leadership as to how best move forward, my services are available and I would be most happy to provide a resume of my qualifications upon request.
