Teterboro RAMS based in Teterboro NJ has taken possession of 4 of the aircraft. N161SL, N163SL, N169SL, and N188SL. Per NJ law 2A-44 we will shortly petition the courts to allow us to auction off the four aircraft in possession to help recover out outstanding invoices. We have also placed liens on 41 aircraft in the fleet.
Liens exist on the following tail numbers with Bergen county, nj as well as the FAA:
N395SS N301SL N195SL N194SL N192SL N191SL N189SL N188SL N187SL N184SL N183SL N179SL N178SL N176SL N175SL N172SL N169SL N167SL N165SL N164SL N163SL N161SL N160SL N159SL N157SL N156SL N150SL N149SL N140SL N139SL N138SL N134SL N132SL N131SL N109SL N108SL N107SL N106SL N105SL N104SL N102SL
Please feel free to contact us for questions or concerns. We have retained an attorney so please include him in all correspondence regarding these aircraft/liens

Are your liens considered mechanics' liens?

Parent company and MOB Racing's main sponsor Teterboro RAMS LLC, was struck a harsh blow when several of its customers went bankrupt last week leaving in their wake large outstanding debts to the company.
While current team sponsors cover the race weekend costs, the back shop costs and team overhead fell on Teterboro RAMS, which in order to survive must restructure its own operations,

Re-iterating Onegoodyear's initial question. Are these mechanics' liens?

Until rams can directly respond. . . . Rams was/is a maintenance organization that did contract maint on the avantground fleet at TEB. Used hangar space at Atlantic. Fair to assume until stated otherwise that they are mechanics liens .

"Only people to benefit from brankruptcy are lawyers".
This is from a "Laywer" who is seeking payment from owners and not Avantair... Ha!
