Group Legal Action

Hello. As a follow-up to my earlier post on the general thread, I thought I'd also start a new, more-specific thread. I had earlier suggested that we owners organize as a group to accomplish two things: (1) figure out how best to get our assets back, and (2) explore and then pursue our legal rights against Avantair, its insurance carriers and its directors and/or officers, if that turns out to be appropriate. Some owners have suggested that we start a legal fund of sorts, with each of us contributing $x to get this process going. As it gains greater mass, the price of admission for future owners would be an equal monetary contribution to the fund. And $x obviously doesn't need to be much as the number of participants increases.
