If they are bringing in Wagman, how did former CFO Carla Stucky avoid a deposition? They left around the same time earlier this year, and I'll bet she knows where at least some of the bodies are buried. I agree. Wagman and Stucky have both erased their affiliation with Avantair on their LinkedIn profiles, wanting to distance themselves from the company as much as possible.

They are going to go into close tight inspection of all assetts owned by these guys and see comingling of assetts. Mckamey owns a house that is for sale with the same EXACT tile used in the FBO. If evidence like that is checked, perhaps procedes from the sale of thatproperty can be used in processing the debts for this bankruptcy. Also, the Hanger....it is owned by Av Aero.....don' t be fooled, Kevin McKamey also owns that and is part of Avantair. It was sold as an assteet to Avantair and here is the link showing the sale. It is not a seperate entity as one may try to convince you. Sale price was $650,000 and here's that link!! All of the materials used to build the FBO and the upstairs executive offices were also used in McKamey's house. Some were also used to renovate his father's home. He even went as low as to use the FBO's fuel supply to fill his motor coach aka the adultery suite.
