Is it true that an attorney can be disbarred if the company they preside over goes bankrupt? Any attorneys out there?

It may be a crap response, but all the OP would have to do is spend 5-10 minutes of their time and do a search themselves. Why post a question that is as ambiguous as that? From what I read on my own, wondering the same thing, there is a lot that goes into that consideration. And as the Guest's name states... Next time JFGI...

A Houston foreclosure defense lawyer helps their client defend against a foreclosure. It is the goal of the defense lawyer to apply United States and Texas foreclosure law to the client's situation. The lawyer's knowledge and expertise helps their client possibly save their home or delay foreclosure. skip tracing

I hate to see people taken advantage of and I hate to see people suffer after choosing the wrong lawyer. Maybe those are two of the reasons that I became a lawyer, so that I could do something about those situations. I have seen clients who had lawyers neglect their cases for not just weeks but years. I have heard complaints about lawyers who would not tell the client what was going on with their cases, but would bill the client when the client called to ask what was happening. criminal investigator

First, try to discuss those feelings with your attorney before dismissing him or her. If you have attempted to repair the relationship to no avail or have not received a proper response to multiple efforts to communicate with such lawyer, you may opt to find an attorney to replace your current legal counsel.
